By commissioning me you acknowledge that you have read and agree to my Terms of Service.You must be 18 years or older to commission me.
What I will & will not draw
Animal genitalia (Fantasy can be worked with, but I won't draw for example dog or horse bits. May draw sheath with humanoid member.)
Underage characters
Extreme fat, extreme muscle, hyper
Scat, watersports
NSFW feral
Multi-boobs, udders
Vore (eg: being swallowed whole / for pleasure.)
Hateful ideology
Latex, rubber, etc

Workflow
Full commissions are usually produced at 8.5 x 11 inches at 350 DPI for single character images and 11x14 or 11x17 inches for multiple characters unless otherwise stated. Please inform me before hand if you require a larger format as I can NOT up-scale images after inking.
Digital commissions usually get progress updates in the following order: preliminary sketches, refined sketch, flat colours, final.
I will not progress from the refined sketch until payment has been made. I take payment upfront. Any unpaid work will be watermarked.
I generally do NOT accept payment plans however if we do arrange one, work will not begin until I have been paid in full.
Major revisions must be mentioned at the sketch stage.
Revisions made after the colour stage may be subject to extra fees. Mistakes on my behalf will of course be fixed free of charge.
You will receive a full size PNG and a smaller, watermarked PNG for public use.
I work through my queue in order. If I take a batch of commissions then I will work through them in order of full payment received. If you require a rush image for a certain date then please let me know and I may be able to help. Rush orders are subject to a $100 fee on top of the total commission fee.
You are responsible for the longterm storage of your completed artworks. I will keep the image on my personal Dropbox for 3 months. After that time, I am NOT responsible for keeping a full resolution copy of your commission.
Usage
I retain full commercial and distribution rights on any image I produce. You do, of course, retain full rights to your character.
I reserve the right to use any image I create as I see fit. I retain all rights to the image. This includes, but is not limited to, producing and selling prints or portfolios (physical or digital) and/or posting to my online galleries (resized and usually watermarked).
The commissioner may use the commission image at any size as they please for PERSONAL use only. This excludes commercial purposes (selling prints, magazine printing, etc). No profit is to be made by you off the image.
If posted online, I require to be credited as the artist and would greatly appreciate a link back to my gallery.
I prefer only the smaller/watermarked version of images be posted online, but I cannot stop you from posting the full resolution copy. Please be aware that people can use high rez images to create unauthorized prints and merchandise, so it is strongly discouraged.
You have permission to alter/crop/etc your commission for signatures, icons, and so on provided there is credit.
I am open to commercial usage rights purchasing on a case by case basis. Please see my pricing page for details.
If you are found to be violating my Terms of Service by using my work for commercial use without obtaining commercial rights, I reserve full right to bill you for 1) my commercial rights fee and 2) retroactive fees for the use period.
Payment
All prices quoted are in US Dollars.
I accept PayPal ONLY.
I will send you a PayPal invoice or supply my PayPal email address to you.
Cancellation & Refunds
I reserve the right to refuse a commission at any time for any reason.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time due to poor communication, or rude or inappropriate behaviour.
In the event of a cancellation I will refund the remaining balance of the commission taking into regard any work done so far.
I reserve the right to re-use sketches from canceled commissions, but will alter it so that it does not resemble your character.
There are NO refunds on completed work.
If I cancel a commission for personal emergency reasons (eg: there was no inappropriate behaviour from the client to warrant a cancellation, but life events mean that I cannot complete the commission, then a full refund will be available.
FAQ
• Can I commission you for an image of / with your character(s)?
Yes! Charged as a regular extra character in a multi-character image. If you want a commission featuring only my character(s) then you will get a 20% discount to the total image cost. (Excludes YCHs)
Wyla herself is NOT available for NSFW commissions, but most of my others are. The ONLY way to get NSFW art with Wy is when I offer her up in 'WyCH's.• I commissioned a sketch or inks from you, can I colour it / have someone else colour it?
Of course! All I ask is that you credit each artist accordingly.• Can I upgrade my commission at a later date?
Generally yes! I do tend to keep my layered files for about one year, so please let me know within one year if you are thinking about upgrading the image.• Will you work from text descriptions or SL screenshots?
Yes! I will happily work from Second Life screenshots and can walk you through how to get screenshots without shadows if needed. Text descriptions are accepted on a case by case basis depending on complexity.• Can I draw your characters or get art featuring them?
Generally the answer is yes as long as the situation isn't on my 'no list' featured up top. Wyla is absolutely not to be drawn in any sexual situations without my consent, unless you are a close friend. (Even then please ask me first if it's not a solo piece, friends!)One thing of note though is that I don't want any surprise images of romantic interaction between any of my characters and yours. No shipping.
For example Serin is open for most XXX sex situations but nothing to imply that there is a deeper romantic relationship, please!Please see the table below for a basic limit guide. The notations mainly apply to gift art.

Dakimakura
Two full body, fully shaded images of a single character in a laying pose with a simple background. (Usually sheets, but can be any ground texture!)• This price includes one SIMPLE alternate clothing version. For example, nude version & lingerie version. Complex alternate outfits may be subject to an additional fee, priced on a case by case basis.• Images will be 50cm x 150cm at 350 DPI unless otherwise discussed.• This price is for the image files only. I do not provide a physical printed pillow cover. I am happy to direct you to where you can get one produced, or I can facilitate the order for you!• You may use the image for PERSONAL use, for example getting a dakimakura printed for yourself or to gift to a friend.• Want to sell merchandise with the design? Commercial rights MUST be purchased. See below for pricing. I will pursue legal action if you are found to be selling items using my art without purchasing the commercial rights.

Commercial Rights
Commercial rights for any commission images are available for an additional 300% of the total commission cost.Commercial rights give you full ownership of the image to do with it as you please. (Selling physical prints, dakimakuras, standees etc.) I'm more than happy to take on commercial commissions if you're looking for an artist to draw your merchandise! Dakis, wallscrolls, mousepads, you name it! ♥If you are found to be violating my Terms of Service by using my work for commercial use without obtaining commercial rights, I reserve full legal right to bill you for 1) the commercial rights fee and 2) retroactive fees for the use period.
